Maple Syrup Spread

Ingredients

30 g ground almonds

400 gr. white beans

1 fleur de sel

4 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp almond butter

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp vanilla pulp

30 g almonds roughly chopped

preparation

Roast the ground almonds in a pan over medium heat. While the almonds are roasting, drain the white beans in a sieve (or in the can).

Place roasted almonds, vanilla pulp, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon and salt in a blender and puree on medium power until creamy.

The remaining almonds are roughly chopped, roasted in a pan and stirred into the cream.

And you're done! The maple syrup spread is ready to enjoy.
